Our own specially trained licensed and certified service technicians and our fully stocked service vehicles are available for your needs every day, all day and night, 24/7 for our automatic oil customers. If any heating or hot water system breaks down or an emergency repair is needed after business hours, you will be greeted with a live operator for technical assistance. Unlike many companies, we DO NOT use contracted service companies – we train our technicians to offer the Benvenuti Oil brand of service. Emergency technicians are available with a phone call. If you’re a Benvenuti Oil customer, just call and we promise, your call will be returned promptly and help will be on the way in any emergency.
